How can we help?

LinkedIn Video Series

Over 70% of “potential” clients will search for you online before they contact you.

They are looking for the following,

  1. A picture of you.
  2. To learn about you.
  3. Hopefully contact you.

If they can’t find you, they won’t contact you.

In other words, you might be losing business & you don’t even know it.

Please take a minute and do the following 3 searches.

  1. Search your name, first & last.
  2. Search your name followed by Realtor.
  3. Search your name followed by real estate.

Now ask yourself, would I hire myself?

If not, please watch this video series. I’ll walk you through the basics of a LinkedIn profile.

The #1 thing a potential client is looking for online is a picture of you.

You absolutely must add a professional head shot. Also, please add a Headlines, Position and Industry.

Example Headline; Professional Realtor,

  • Specialize in ________.
  • Experienced in __________.
  • Expert in _______________.

Position: Your name (first & last) Professional Realtor at National Realty Centers.

Industry: Real Estate

We have 2 options for your banner, white or blue. Please left click on the banner you like and save it to your computer. Then you’ll be able to upload it to your profile.

The #2 thing a potential client is looking for online is more information about you. They want to get to know you.

If you’re serious about being a successful realtor, you must have a bio or some fun facts online.

Here’s a trick for a short 3 paragraph bio.

Paragraph 1. Who are you?

Paragraph 2. Who do you help?

Paragraph 3. How do you help them?

Each paragraph is only 1 – 3 sentences.

If you don’t want or have a bio, you can do some Fun Facts instead.

Fun Facts are a quick and easy way for some to get to know you better.

Here’s a list of Fun Facts to help you get started or you can always create your own.

NRC FUN FACTS FORM

LinkedIn allows you to publish a post or an article.

Post; Is a quick easy way to publish content just as you would on any other platform. To keep things simple, we are going to focus on posts.

Article; Is more like a blog post. If you’re doing videos, please reach out to Thomas or myself and we can explain the benefits of an article in more detail.

Throughout the year, we will provide content for you to publish as a post.

Then because a post has a short shelf life, we’ll show you how to feature your posts on your profile page.

There are 2 things you need to do to make your LinkedIn profile more search engine friendly.

1. Edit your LinkedIn URL.

I’d recommend using your name (first & last)

If it already taken, try your name followed by realtor or real estate.

2. Double check to make sure your profile page is accessible to the general public.

If you have any questions, please join our “Question & Answer” style zoom call next Wednesday, October 26th at 10:00.

Thomas and I will answer any and all your questions on our coaching / marketing program for 2023.

Thanks!

Craig
